With a career spanning over 22 years, Ankita has consistently demonstrated her proficiency in managing and directing various aspects of Human Resources, primarily within the fast-paced ITES sector. While at CIGNEX Datamatics, she excelled in implementing new and competitive initiatives and institutionalizing a strong performance-driven culture, resulting in the company being certified as a "Great Place to Work 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21."

Ankita's educational background is equally impressive. She completed her MBA in HR+IT from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering, Pune, an Executive MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Bhopal University.
