Relevance Lab has developed a BOTs based Automation platform for traditional IT Service Operations encompassing Infrastructure, Applications and Service Delivery tasks. The evolution of “Software-Defined Business” and Software Robots (BOTs) is driving momentum for Automation and shifting the paradigm from headcount driven models to software driven deliveries in traditional IT Services. The RLCatalyst based BOT Platform helps enterprises standardize their automation efforts, achieve better quality and velocity with clear ROI tracking on human efforts saved. This BOTs platform includes BOT Orchestrator (comprising of Gallery, Control Panel, Audit Trail, Value Tracker, Scheduler), BOT Factory with Continuous Delivery Pipeline (comprising of BOT Builders and a BOT Library (comprising of 200+ pre-built BOT components). With this platform, organizations can also import their existing automation libraries and create new BOTs, leveraging the Open Source framework. This platform helps organizations rapidly reduce 30% of common repetitive efforts related to User Management, Access Control, Application Deployments, Production Support tasks etc. without getting locked in to any proprietary products. The “Automation First” BOTs platform is integrated with ServiceNow for ITIL/ITSM workflows.
